Dena Roudybush saved my home. She took the lender to court, made valid points and requested the lender to produce the note. The lender could not produce the note and the judge told the lender they had 3 years of which it was 6 years they had to produce the original Note. The lender instead sold my loan twice without any paperwork but just money transactions. No mention in MERS or the County Land/Property Records and the new lender keeps calling to do a modification because they realize now they were duked out of money as well. Well we were duked out of money and our mortgage. It has been 9 years now and we are still in our home and the lender is unable to do anything because they have not produced a Note. unless the laws change, I will be staying in my home.
