He was not aggressive. He failed to report on a monthly basis, he failed to bill on a regular basis, and he failed to provide any status reports at all. While he is professional, his work is not up the standards of the bankruptcy bar of the Eastern District of PA generally. His email gets full many times and one cannot leave messages.
