Attorney Bronner and her staff did a great job getting a loan modification for my mother’s home. They are very hard working. Attorney Bronner stopped my sale date twice while the loan modification was in the approval process. She always called me every step of the way with updates she kept me very informed. I would definitely use Deborah Bronner’s Law Office again and refer family and friends. About myself: I am my mother’s care giver. I take care of her in the home. Without this loan modification we would not have been able to keep a home that has been in our family for years. My elderly disabled mom would have been on the street. The Loan Modification Deborah Bronner’s Law Office was able to get me: Previous interest rate: 9.95% adjustable New interest rate: 3% first year, 4% second year, 5% for the life of the loan. Mary L.

Sadly, we were one of the families in jeopardy of losing our home. The real estate market fell apart, and we lost all of our equity. We weren't able to get a loan modification and got behind on the payments. We started working with the lender, but got nowhere. We received notice that a trustee sale had been scheduled. So clearly, we had to act fast. I talked with several attorneys who all wanted me to file bankruptcy. I've never filed bankruptcy and don't have much debt. So I really only wanted to consider that as a last resort. My gut told me to keep searching, that there would be someone who could help. I did another google search for local attorneys and found Deborah Bronner. After meeting with her associate, I put together the paperwork they requested and dropped it off. They said they would contact my lender and let me know. Well, found out today that Deborah got the lender to agree to a loan mod! Am hopeful we can work something out that's affordable. But at least for now, we won't lose our home. Anybody needing a loan modification or worried about losing their home, please call Deborah Bronner. She can definitely help!
