About

I graduated from Western Illinois University on May 16, 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts.  At that time, I was employed as a paralegal in the Central Illinois area.  I joined Anderson Law Offices as a paralegal in November, 2001.   In January, 2005, I decided to pursue law school, and enrolled at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.  I continued working full-time as a paralegal at Anderson Law Offices and would commute to Chicago, Illinois where I studied law part-time.  After six years, I obtained my juris doctorate on January 16, 2011.  I was admitted to the bar of the State of Illinois on November 10, 2011.  In September, 2018, I opened Harper Law Office in Pekin, Illinois.  I am a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Tazewell County Bar Association.

Debbie handled my divorce. She was honest and real about expectations. Debbie didn't sugar coat anything and was upfront and honest with all information. She won't lie to you and give you false promises just to get your money. She cared about me and my kids and our best interest.
