ALABAMA RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT:"No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers." The managing law partner and my boss, is my wife Susan Harville-Stein, LCSW, who's picture appears here.   Susan, in addition to being an attorney, is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who has many years experience working with those with mental incapaciatation.  This perspective has given Susan and me a calling to helping those who are in need.  The Alabama Bar's motto is "Lawyers Render Service" and we embrace this whole heartedly.  Susan is on physical disability, and holds a Special Membership with the Alabama Bar.
