A founding partner of the firm, Dax has tried numerous cases covering a variety of practice areas. Dax received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in 1998 from South Texas College of Law where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review and the school's famed advocacy program. Dax has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star 2006 - 2011 by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters Service and Published in Texas Monthly (an honor going to only the top 2.5% of up and coming Texas attorneys under the age of 40). Additionally, Dax serves as an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law where he teaches trial advocacy skills. Dax also served as Chair of the Houston Bar Association Litigation Section.
