Dawn B. Eyerly is a trial attorney with substantial litigation experience, including several jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations. She also has extensive appellate experience in both State and Federal courts. Ms. Eyerly represents individuals as well as entities, ranging from small, family-owned businesses to multi-million dollar international corporations. She specializes in a variety of areas, including contract disputes, real estate litigation, employment matters, construction disputes, and negligence/premises liability litigation. She also has extensive experience representing self-storage facilities in all aspects of litigation.Ms. Eyerly’s achievements have been recognized by clients as well as her peers. Indeed, for eleven years, she has been named a "Rising Star" by Southern California Super Lawyers magazine. Significantly, only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 are selected for this honor.Ms. Eyerly is the current President of the Los Angeles Figure Skating Club and a National Judge and Technical Panel member for U.S. Figure Skating, the governing body of all figure skating in the United States. She further serves as a member of several important committees within U.S. Figure Skating.  Ms. Eyerly volunteers hundreds of hours each year mentoring competitive figure skaters to reach their goals within the sport.
