Attorney Yannetti provided me with extremely honest and helpful advice concerning an upcoming criminal matter. Mr. Yannetti did so in good faith without expectation of payment. This willingness speaks volumes to his character and professionalism. If the case is not dismissed as anticipated, I will certainly be contacting him to represent me in any further legal proceedings. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone.
From the very first time I spoke with Attorney David Yannetti I was impressed by his confidence, his knowledge and understanding, and his kind and courteous nature. Prior to hiring Attorney Yannetti, I was represented by other counsel who I felt was not up to the task of dealing with a case involving the multiple felony charges I was facing. The difference, to me, was night and day. I felt real relief at being represented by Attorney Yannetti, and knew that he would achieve the best result that could be gotten in my situation. Now, after the resolution of my case I can say that I was correct in my assessment. Attorney David Yannetti got a result for me and my family that I wouldn't have thought possible, and I owe him a debt of gratitude for saving us a great deal of pain and hardship.
Great experience overall having David Yannetti as my attorney. David understands his client, very insightful and is an expert in his field. Truly a professional, highly ethical and trustworthy attorney who can guide you through the process. I was been charged with A&B where it got dismissed without any trails. Thanks for all your help David.
Our mid 20’s year old daughter had no prior history with the law, no prior arrests, no criminal charges or record. She was arrested January 2018, imprisoned, not allowed a phone call and charged with three (3) domestic violence crimes. One charge had a potential conviction prison term of 1-5 years. The charges were false allegations. I was contacted by her court appointed attorney after my daughter had spent three days in Framingham State prison. She was released at arraignment on personal recognizance. While we were relieved without bail, it did not seem to align with the arrest charges being brought. There was one additional pre-trial hearing with no progress and nothing reported. The public defender appeared competent but was so busy she had to reschedule three (3) office appointments my daughter had scheduled to discuss her case. The next hearing scheduled at the end of April was some four (4) months after being charged. After three (3) months we were unable to meet with her court appointed attorney, not understanding the defense strategy nor knowing what her attorney and the prosecutor had or had not discuss. My daughter thought it best to seek out a highly regarded, extensive criminal defense experience with good outcome results private law firm. After research and receiving recommendations from other attorneys we decided to review the case with and interview the Yannetti Criminal Defense Law Firm. I first spoke with Attorney Greg Johnson at the firm by phone. He asked very specific material questions to provide a case overview, history and some background. He was professional, engaging and action oriented. Greg had the office staff schedule an initial meeting. We met with Attorney David Yannetti on Monday after our first office call on Friday. David answered all of our questions, provided a detailed process road map, initial defense strategy, courses of action ahead and how he would begin representing our daughter. I was impressed as David cited a number of case law examples that were relevant to the specific charges during this first meeting. Greg would represent our daughter at the pretrial hearing as David was previously scheduled for a trial. David would appear with my daughter thereafter and through trial. After our meeting with David, my daughter decided we should hire the firm. She made a good choice that we supported. A few weeks later Greg met our daughter at court. He had a number of conversations with our daughter and the prosecutor prior to the hearing. Greg seemed to be familiar and on good terms with all the court employees. On court date one (1) being represented by David and Greg the charges were dropped and the case was dismissed/disposed. We are grateful for this best and unexpected outcome. The long 4 months of worry and stress was lifted from ours family’s shoulders. The Yannetti Criminal Defense firm was always reachable to answer our questions, returned all communications promptly, and initiated communications with updates and reminders. They are well experienced in criminal law and were skilled legal representatives for us. We had an exceptional experience with the Yannetti Criminal Law Firm. Sequel: Some 9 days later, the complainant self-files yet a new unfounded Order of Protection. Our daughter had not communicated nor seen the plaintiff for some 5 months. David represented my daughter at this new re-filing preliminary hearing. In short order David had this new groundless case dismissed.
Highly recommend David for any Criminal charges. I am currently working in technology firm and I was charged with misdemeanor case in Sep 2016 and I have been through lot of pressure and sleepless nights. I hired him before my hearing date and he listened to all my concerns and gave me complete confident and moral support. As he promised, he worked hard to dismiss the case before trail. He saved my life and my future career. Thank a lot David.
Hiring attorney Yannetti was one of the best decisions I made. His knowledge and acumen was the key factor to made my case dismissed at the hearing. He was thorough, mindful, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Would gladly recommend attorney Yannetti for anyone seeking counsel.
Mr. Yannetti very knowledgeable, wise and a diligent worker. I was arrested in Boston for a false Domestic Violence charge. Before the arraignment I hired a different attorney. While the arraignment went fine the case started to go south quickly. I then realized I needed a solid attorneys. After interviewing seven attorneys I hired Mr. Yannetti. Best decision I have made in many years. He went to work and worked hard. He keep me well informed and was very responsive to my questions. At the end of the day the case was dismissed without a trial. If it was not for Mr. Yannetti I could have lost my freedom, children, home and carrier. Thank you Mr. Yannetti for all you did for my family. You and your office were truly there for me in my darkest hour.
The first day I met David, I felt comfortable with him and I was at ease and when I was not supposed to be calm, he made me remain calm, despite what I was facing, a charge of aggravated assault and battery which was not true at all. He promised to do the best he could to defend me in a criminal case against me and he kept his promise and he did defend me and the case was dismissed in record time. Even though the case went to trial, the case was dismissed, which was the ultimate goal and what I wanted. He said he wouldn't give me a 100% assurance because any lawyer who tells me this is lying to me but he would do his best and work tirelessly to defend me and defend me he did and I am grateful to him and his firm for all their work. I also want to thank him too for his kindness because he was a brother and a friend too when I needed one, despite the fact that he was my lawyer. His advice was clear enough and he knows how to give one. Do not be afraid to hire him and his firm because they fought for me and he will also fight for you because for David, it is not about the money. He puts in his best and all his efforts to help his client and that is what one should look out for in a lawyer. He is quick to respond back to you when you leave a message for him and always gives you his listening ears and brings you in on all his plans and strategies, so you are not left behind wondering what is next or what is going on. He knows his job and he does it well. He is an excellent criminal defense lawyer and one of the best out there for anyone to hire. David, again I thank you for your help and assistance when I needed help.
I received a Summons for Clerk Magistrate's Hearing. When the incident happened(saturday evening), I freaked out and called every lawyer possible in Boston Area the next day(Sunday). David Yannetti was the only one to return my call on a Sunday! I read everything about him and did my research on him & other Boston Lawyers and because of his professionalism, confidence(saw some of his case videos) and excellent reviews, I decided to hire him. Even the price he quoted was on par(or lesser) when compared to quotes from other lawyers and this made it easier for me to pick him. David accompanied me to the Clerk Magistrate's office on the day of the hearing. There were a bunch of people who got there before me waiting for their name to be called. The office clerk saw David standing with me, went back in, came out, called my name FIRST! We went in and I wasn't surprised to see that the Clerk Magistrate already knew David. They had a chat. The Magistrate asked me a couple of questions and David was able to get my CASE DISMISSED in just 5 mins! I was so happy I hired him.
David helped our family navigate a very challenging scenario with our teenage son. Throughout the process he represented the family with a high level of professionalism while not losing sight of the trauma and stress our family was experiencing. As commentary for anyone about to experience the criminal court system, it was evident early on in the process David's firm stood above the other defense attorneys representing their clients. His team’s experience as former prosecutors is a differentiator not to be overlooked when selecting legal representation.
