I am an attorney specializing in business, real estate, and lending transactions. I offer clients clarity and security in navigating the complex legal framework governing corporate and real estate matters.My practice is focused primarily in commercial finance. I received my J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where I was executive articles editor of the Journal of Legislation and president of the Federalist Society. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, I worked as a law clerk for the Goldwater Institute performing legal research on issues including education savings accounts (ESAs) and arbitrary government regulations. I also previously interned for U.S. Senator Mike Lee (UT) and the Honorable Luis Maezono (National Counsel of the Magistracy, Peru).
