I have had 43 years of trial and litigation experience, achieving millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements over the years. I do not surrender to insurance companies and monied interests that threaten the little guy. I fight for my clients. I try cases if they have to be tried and never sell them short.  I have served as chair of a Florida Bar Grevience committee and am a member of the American Justice Association, Florida Justice Association and the American Bar Association.  I also served as a member of the Florida Bar Unauthorized Practice of law Committee.I have numerous satisifed clients and people whom I have helped and have enjoyed the respect and friendship of my peers and have an AV rating in Martindale Hubble, (preeminent). I am a family man, have raised two acomplished children, four grandsons, and have been married for 44 years (to the same woman!)More importantly, I love what I do and handle each case by myself, giving each client the personal care that they deserve.  You can always reach me.I employ all the latest technological and up to date case management techniques, which means your case is always under close watch.   My clients never have to worry whether their lawyer is on top of their case.That's why we can say that we try as hard as we can to serve each and every client as though they were our only client.
