White is the founding member and owner of David M. White, Attorney at Law, L.L.C. David was born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where his father, the late Lynn A. White, was a helicopter pilot stationed through the United States Army. After being stationed in Germany for a short period of time, Lynn, and his family were relocated to Fort Rucker, Alabama, where Lynn was an Apache (AH64) Instructor Pilot until he retired from the United States Army. David was raised in Enterprise, Alabama, and graduated from Enterprise, High School. After graduating from Enterprise, High School, he attended Enterprise Ozark Community College (now Enterprise State Community College). After receiving his degree from Enterprise Ozark Community College, he attended Auburn University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (with a legal concentration). While living in Auburn, Alabama, David received a Paralegal Certification through Auburn University’s Outreach Program. David continued with his education at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law (now Faulkner Law) in Montgomery, Alabama. While attending Jones School of Law, David received certificates in “Alternative Dispute Resolution”, “Mediation Training”, and for participating in a “Public Interest Program” by donating his time to government/nonprofit organizations. David was also employed by the Alabama Department of Industrial Relations (now housed in the Alabama Department of Labor) in the Governmental Affairs Division. Upon passing the Alabama State Bar exam on his first attempt, David moved back to Enterprise, Alabama and opened his own law practice. David continues to donate his time and resources to the United Way as contributor and loaned executive and to Rotary International
