Mr. Wenner displayed empathy and understanding during my case. The process of the case was very emotional for me. Mr. Wenner explained and guided me through the process in a way that was easy to understand. I felt at all times he was my advocate. The result of the case was positive.

I have known David For over twenty years. Has great insight on how to how to present your case to todays jurors. He has done extensive research on jury decision making and the process that jurors process information presented to them. David has consulted for me in a number of cases and his recommedations in presenting information in a way that the jurors the jury could understand and relate to has always been "right on." David is a voracious reader and student of all the latest jury research and is able to apply that research in a meaning way so as to utilize the beliefs of jurors in a clear and consise manner.
