Chip has a family business background, having managed his family's hardwood veneer business and timber investments in South Alabama for over ten years before returning to law school.  A graduate of both the University of Alabama and New York University School of Law, he has specialized in the areas of estate planning, tax law, probate & estate administration, choice of business entity, IRS dispute resolution, business succession planning, business sales and disputes, elder law, and wills for over 20 years.
