Terrible at depositions and court hearings, when asking a question of the witness he does not wait for the complete response he instead talks over the response and then starts a verbal banter with the witness causing confusion to what the question and answer was. Also witness will answer with a nod or shake of the head which the court reporter cannot record as an answer he then doesn't tell the witness to verbally respond. When the transcript is read it is very difficult to follow the testimony and would be problematic to use for the purpose of impeachment. He gives the impression to be preoccupied with other things while doing the instant case. Charges a lot of time for research on basic legal issues and invoices are excessive for the work he does.
