David specializes in litigation of workers’ compensation claims. He has successfully litigated numerous complex workers’ compensation industrial accidents and occupational disease claims before the Utah Labor Commission and the Utah Court of Appeals.David is also a Billboard charting composer and pianist.  He has released ten instrumental piano albums which have received national and international distribution.  His peaceful instrumental music has been played more than 150 million times on Pandora Radio.
