We needed an attorney at the 11th hour, and David was there for us. He explained it wasn't his area of expertise (education) but knew we were in trouble and needed someone right then and there. It was an ongoing, complicated issue, one that we didn't think we needed an attorney for, let alone be incarcerated for. David made me feel like I had someone to lean on, when everyone was leaning on me. He told me exactly what he was going to do, when he was going to do it, and when he was going to call me. If I called him, he picked up right away or shortly thereafter. He would let me know in advance if he wasn't going to be reachable between certain hours, and that he'd call me back somewhere e between first chance. He explained new things he learned, made sure I understood, and asked if I had any news for him, or questions. I rated David excellent in all of the above categories because that is what I believe. I wish he was an attorney that specialized in education, but that wasn't his thing. He did help us find someone else that we needed, but David is our guy for any future, legal needs.
