I mine this was will i was waiting to for my Court Date, which he postponed due to some sort of personal emergence. Then on the day of Trial he came to me and said he wasn't going to take the case to Trial and that i should agree to a Stipulation Order. Good guy, but should probably stay away from practicing Family Law
