Mr. Seserman is a trial attorney. He concentrates his practice in the field of human resources with an emphasis on employment and employee benefits litigation. He has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of human resource issues and litigating employment disputes. Mr. Seserman helps employers and employees draft and negotiate executive compensation, employment and separation agreements. During his career, he has tried numerous lawsuits in state and federal courts involving a myriad of employment related issues including wrongful discharge, misappropriation of intellectual property, disability, breach of employment contract, age discrimination, Title VII, FLSA and ERISA claims. Mr. Seserman also has extensive experience in general civil litigation, including complex commercial, real estate, insurance coverage, taxation and natural resources disputes. Mr. Seserman’s clients include several law firms and lawyers. Unique to his practice, Mr. Seserman has served as the liquidator of two major law firms that failed in the Denver metropolitan area.During his career, Mr. Seserman has been a speaker on a variety of subjects including the topics of theft of trade secrets, electronic evidence and discovery, employment law and electronic communications and privacy. Mr. Seserman is also a trained mediator.Mr. Seserman received his J.D. from the University Of Denver College Of Law in 1986, where he served as the Business Editor of the Denver University Law Review. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis in December 1980. Mr. Seserman is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, Colorado, Denver and Arapahoe County Bar Associations.
