I joined the firm in 1984 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Sarah Grant on the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.  My practice focuses on litigation of complex civil lawsuits before trial and appellate courts. -My employment law practice focuses on defense of litigation concerning civil rights, including alleged discrimination based upon race, national origin, sex, age and disability.  I typically represent governmental entities and their employees or former employees.-My litigation practice addresses a wide variety of civil lawsuit issues including breach of contract, copyright infringement, intra company disputes,  real estate lien foreclosures, governmental bidding, and other disputes.
