David Roosa saved my life. When an accident left my life in tatters and I wasn't able to fight for myself David not only stood by me he stood up for me. His skill is matched only by his heart.
I firmly believe that there are only a few lawyers who are competent, hardworking and active like David. I met several lawyers in my recent legal dispute and had asked several lawyers to resolve my legal issues. But David was the best lawyer I ever met. He is very abundant in legal knowledge and has a great ability to solve problems as a lawyer. Not only that, but David was sincere and worked my work as his own work. David is also a warm-hearted person with a love of humanity. I think he really understood my difficulties and did his best to save me from legal issues. He is my savior. Before I met David, I contracted another lawyer. But the first lawyer I met did not show me the settlement, and he just put me on hold and made me nervous. But David was very different. He analyzed my case and found a point to prove my injustice and made a very active effort to bring this case to my advantage. By the way, my case was settled by a jury trial to solve my injustice. In a jury trial, the role of a lawyer is of paramount importance, and attentive and active preparation is crucial for best results. David did this thoroughly. I attended the trial with him for two days, and I felt he was very proficient and professional in the jury trial. His words are soft and gave me a detailed answer to my question. Also, I could feel trust in his words based on his knowledge. He always counted my heart and gave me relief. If someone needs to get legal help, I will actively recommend David.
David helped me with my disability insurance case. He is confident, knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. All cases are tiring and emotional and I appreciated that he took the time to boost my confidence and always responded quickly when I had a question. He worked ahead of the game and was always discussing with me what was to come and how they were planning on handling the issue at hand to strengthen our case. I appreciated that he always explained what they were doing and what the plan was to address it. I never felt that a decision was being made without me or that I did not have an opinion which was very important to me. They understood that this was my life and never did I feel like it was just about getting things resolved for their commission. David works with a team at his office which was something I had never experienced with an attorney before. Everyone was beyond amazing and I felt like each and every one of them went out of their way to help me. His paralegal Alexandria was experienced, thoughtful and a great asset to the case as well. I enjoyed working with her just as much as I did David! Bonus is that parking at David's office is not a big, expensive hassle that one would typically associate with Seattle offices! Without a doubt David and his office will be who I send any friends to. Thank you David!
David is an excellent attorney and you want him in your corner. Not only is he highly skilled, he is an awesome human being to work with. Our case was emotional and he always did a great job explaining each step in detail so we would have peace of mind in a timely manner (even from high maintenance millennials like us). He's the kind of guy who will get the job done in the court room, but you could also have a beer with on a Friday night. Having David and the entire FR team in our corner made an impossible situation seem manageable. They say: "If there is a Goliath in front of you, there is a David inside of you" - who doesn't want to have the actual David on their team? Ideally, I don't need to hire him moving forward, but I feel so much better knowing he is just a phone call away. David takes his work seriously and he should, because of David we get to start a new chapter in our lives. He gave us our life back. Who can say that about their attorney? We can.
David helped my attorney in winning my dui case. He was very perfessional and made sure I understood everything going through my two day dui trial. The prosecutor had a very good case against me but David made sure ours was better. I would highly recommend David as your attorney if you want to win your case.
David Roosa was professional, knowledgeable, and above all else caring. We were treated so well by David and his staff who helped us throughout our entire contact with them. David was always available to us and was always willing to answer questions and walk us through any difficult times, I can't say enough about the integrity of this man. We started on this journey not knowing what to expect and I feel when it ended we not only had a fantastic attorney but we also made a friend.
David took my case and right away I could tell he was a good guy. One of the first things he asked me was if I was okay, not "are you ready to sue" or "this is how much it will cost". Instead, he seemed to genuinely care about me and my post accident recovery. Also, my case was pretty small scale but he didn't care AND took a largely reduced fee to help me out. All in all he's a great guy and I think anyone who needs legal help should go to him.
I was in a motor vehicle accident in Renton. I was rear-ended by a 19-year old driver that was texting while driving. I was rushed to the ER had some significant injuries and my car was totaled. David helped me get fair compensation for my vehicle and excellent compensation for my injuries. He walked me through the process of seeing all the doctors and specialists in order to recover medically and also have a good case. I had to sign a contract that I would not disclose the amount that I was paid for my injuries by the other insurance company. Let's just say it was significant and I am fully satisfied!
It is hard to find words to express our deep gratitude to this incredible lawyer who helped us during a very difficult time. In September 2014, our city's water tested positive for e-coli, in which we were forced to close the doors to our business and throw away thousands of dollars worth of inventory. When we thought the worst was over, and we were allowed to re-open, we received a 2nd boil order. Our losses then exceeded over $30,000 in a two week period. In addition to the emotional stress of fearing a patron becoming sick, this kind of event would be catastrophic for any small business owner to endure. Furthermore, if things could not get worse, we were denied coverage from our insurance company after a 15 minute investigation. Feeling as I was being treated unfairly, I started calling law firms in the Seattle area desperately seeking their help. I roughly spoke to 10 different firms, while most of them said they didn't think I had a case. Some of these firms just referred me to their secretary, implying my case would not make them enough money. After feeling completely hopeless, I was referred to David Roosa. He was the only attorney who took the time to thoroughly review my case; he asked questions that no other attorney cared to ask; he investigated the issues at hand; and he uncovered additional language in my policy which later proved to show I had coverage. No other attorney had been able to discover these facts, which were very reputable individuals working for big firms in the Seattle area. David Roosa took my case knowing he would not get rich. He also took my case because he knew we were being treated unfairly. He is one of the smartest, most hard working individuals we have ever come across. Not only did he work hard on my behalf, he sincerely cared about the client without the "the almighty dollar" being center stage. Through all the trials and tribulations of having to go through litigation against a multi-million dollar company; he never made an error and prevailed at every hearing and motion that came our way. At all times, he was professional and acted with the utmost integrity. Before going to trial, we agreed to mediation and settled our case with a private settlement agreement. Although, we can't disclose the signed agreement; I will say that I owe my life to this individual who offered his help when nobody else would. I would highly recommend David Roosa if their insurance company has acted in bad faith or a person has been treated improperly. In closing, David was our savior and made our business whole again. I will never be able to repay his due diligence, hard work, and most of all... his sincerity about the way he honestly cared about his client.
