After taking my initial call, he called back within the hour to discuss his research. He is very thorough. I hope I never find my self in this situation again, but if I do, at least I only need to make one call now.

I had phone consultation on the phone 2 days ago and we sent out email with basic information as he instructed. We didn't get any respond from him so we contacted him on the phone again.. he said he will send out email right away but didn't hear anything till next day. When I called him again he said he doesn't want to represent my case..? I don't think he even knows the meaning of "right away" or "immediately" and also shows lack of concern towards to his clients. Very disappointed. I actually feeling lucky that he didn't take my case!
