It was great to work with David. He was knowledgeable and spent time educating me about my options, and, once hired, was a reassuring person to go through the paperwork and to the bankruptcy court with, which are stressful experiences, ones nobody hopes to face. I felt well prepared, and could tell that the Bankruptcy Trustee respected him. He went above and beyond what I expected, and his actions indicated that he has a good heart - priceless, in my book.
David was knowledgeable and professional. But most importantly, he made what could have been a humiliating and depressing experience a necessary and navigable transition back to the road of fiscal responsibility. His factual, no-nonsense demeanor made it easy to understand where we were going and his calm, reassuring way made you believe we would get there. And we did! He and his staff stayed on top of my case, were always available and went the extra mile to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Thank you, David.
David has exceeded my expectations on every level. He is extremely knowledgable and responsive and will take the time to explain everything until fully understood. I was an emotional mess when I first met him and he honestly could not have been more caring. He has earned my trust over the years and I cannot recommend him highly enough! His staff is also just as professional, knowledgable, and responsive and they've all been a pleasure to work with.
Dave did an excellent job in assisting my company with preparing our Employee Manual. He was responsive and thoughtful. He provided us with the information we needed to know and guided us seamlessly through the process. He took what could have been a complicated and cumbersome process and made it easy for us to understand.
Very personable, easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. We are very appreciative of his services and would not hesitate to refer him to others we know.
Dave was great to work with - he gave me information about structuring my business and then took care of all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. He's very easy to work with and approachable and I would definitely recommend him!
David was great, even though I was slow and scattered! He has a wonderful "bedside" manner, is very knowledgeable, and highly professional. He did a fabulous job for me and I would recommend him whole-heartedly.
This review needs to be written because people need to be warned to go with a more experienced lawyer whose business is run more professionally. First impressions do not a good bankruptcy attorney make. During our case, his legal secretary left without warning, he changed offices, we never received promised followup work (such as a promise to help combine all negative credit hits following a bankruptcy into one), and his mistakes were so severe we were advised by other longtime professionals that we should file complaints against him. He became impossible to reach via phone or email. My advice if you need help with a bankruptcy case is to work with a long-time, experienced lawyer who has a lot of legal assistance and backup immediately surrounding them in their firm. Lack of experience, backup, and help made this a terrible experience, especially since he charges the industry standard price for handling bankruptcy.
