I've read his history, and I'm sure that many more D.A's have done much more than him after all we are all just Humans! What I can say is with in 5 minutes he found what my court appointed sale out never even mentioned. Our system is a joke. And it is a shame that this man is the victim of being a human.
I was referred to him and made an appointment. He scheduled the appointment within a short time. He immediately got down to business and asked pertinent questions. He was respectful and professional, took notes, listened, and immediately made a phone call right then and there. He got the ball rolling and in short time he successfully resolved a private legal issue. If you need an attorney with intelligence and want the best possible resolution in the shortest time possible, hire him. I did and he was amazing.
Getting a DUI is over-whelming to say the least. Your whole world is turned up-side down. You really want someone who knows the court system, laws and has the personal finesse to get the most difficult situation under control. Being an attorney is more than just having the knowledge. Mr. Peters is brilliant in the court room. You will have a protector and he is 100% professional!
This attorney has many times seen me the same day I call him. He listened to what was going on and then a few times took initiative right then and there. If he feels there is someone more suitable than he is to handle the issue he will refer you to one of his recommendations. His network is compromised of respected attorneys that I'm guessing he knows from when he was a D.A. . His pricing is very reasonable and you get allot of confidence that it will be handled well for what you pay.
This may be his second time suspended but NOBODY is perfect. First addiction is not biased it can take hold of anyone. Second It's HIS personal life. If he said they were not together while he was representing her. Then that is what matters. Obviously he did do something with his life he is a great attorney and his experience is only going to give him life lessons which comforts me knowing If I need a lawyer he is open mined, understanding, and has experience in life. He is never just suit he works hard for who he represents and anyone who needs an attorney will want him!!!!!!
I recently retained Dave Peters to handle a DUII case for me and found him to be very knowledgeable and straaight forward in handling the case. I was very impressed with his knowledge of how the Oregon court system works and how District Attorneys prosecute their cases. This specific knowledge is priceless and well worth hiring Dave, if for no other reason. I would highly recommend retaining Dave's services for any criminal case and especially for a DUII citation. You will always know where you stand with Dave and he will work very hard for you!
