I am an experienced, self directed driven 25 year C-Suite Attorney. I have concentrated my practice in advising individuals, corporate entities and relocation executives in the purchase and sale of residential, commercial and subsurface property. I have been directly involved in 10,000+ real estate transactions and prepared 4000+ Certified Title Opinions for the identification, ownership and leasehold of oil, gas, coal and minerals. I actively advise parents and children collectively in Family, Offices including business, estate planning, administration, insurance and investments. I am admitted to practice in all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Courts, United States District Court for the Western District, United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, United States Tax Court and United States Supreme Court. When necessary I have the ability to waive into other jurisdictions.
