Our company had gone thru several immigration lawyers to assist our employees for various immigration issues. Recently 2 of our employees had immigration issues. 1 of them hired David. From the start, David got our employee's case moving quickly. Our other employee hired another lawyer but did not get the case started until a month later. David got our employees h1b case approved in less than a month but this was not what impressed our staff. 3 weeks later, our other employee's case was denied by immigration. When we called the other lawyer, he did not speak to us for almost 2weeks. So we sent a a copy of the denial notice to David & within a day he had provided us several options to resolve our other employees issues. At that moment, our employee decided to hire David. When we notified the former attorney that David was taking over the case, our former lawyer did not send our employees file for another 2 weeks even though we had only 30 days to file an appeal. Even with the other lawyers lateness, David calmly handled the case. 3 weeks later, immigration changed their mind and reversed the denial om our employees case. After this experiences we are happy to have found such a exceptional immigration lawyer.

I had applied for a Green Card with another attorney. My case had languished for over two years. During that time, I had asked my former attorney to check on my case to see how it was going but all he would do was dismiss my concerns and send me bills for "consulations". One day in 2009, I had contacted my former attorney and his number was disconnected without any forwarding number. I had figured that he had changed numbers so my husband and I went to his office only to discover that his office had also closed with no forwarding information. It turns out my former attorney had closed his office and left the country because he was under investiation by the State Bar. I had to locate a new attorney. Before I found David through referals and looking on the Internet, I had contacted several other law firms and each time I spoke to an assistant who would "get back to me" after they consulted the attorney. I found the experience offputting considering that I had paid consultation fees. When I contacted David, not only did I speak to him directly but I also had an opportunity to discuss my case in depth with him. After I retained David, he began to make his inquiries regarding my case. It turns out that my case was "administratively closed" by immigration because my previous attorney failed to submit documents which were requested by their office over a year and half earlier. David managed to get immigration to reopen my case and within a month I was granted a green card. Unfortunately we live in an age where every person will need the services of an attorney in their lifetime. Not only that you need to have an attorney who knows what their doing. If you have an immigration issue, I recommend David Moon without reservation.

I had a case with him related to immigration. He is not the best one in the world but definitely very affordable one and he can find his way out. If you're looking for an affordable and good lawyer, I think he would be a very good candidate.
