Mr. Mincin handled our bankruptcy. He is truly a gem amongst Las Vegas lawyers! He is very educated in bankruptcy law, communicative and dependable. We felt very comfortable that things were handled by him and his staff during a very trying time. His level of professionalism and integrity can not be found many places! I highly recommend putting your trust here!

From the moment we met David we knew we were in great hands. We consulted and hired David regarding employee issues and an employee termination at our practice. He has great knowledge of labor laws and addressed our concerns. David and his staff prepared all the necessary documents and kept us informed of all the details. We are very grateful for all the help and work his law office provided. We absolutely would refer and recommend David as well as utilize his services in the future.

I received a “cease and desist” order after I placed an item for sale on an online auction site. The law firm demanded that I pay them money for violating the rights of their client. Mr. Mincin contacted the head attorney and the head attorney immediately issued a retraction.

David is extremely knowledgeable. He offered us advice that was key to the successful short sale of our home. We didn't think this was an option for us but after consulting with David we had a different outlook. His knowledge of the laws and the local market was invaluable. I truly believe that if not for David our financial issues would still be not be resolved. He's a professional with integrity which is hard to find in Las Vegas. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Mincin advised us when we were looking to short sell our home and were considering bankruptcy. He knew the current financial situation in town and was able to recommend a path that worked for us. He was also knowledgeable about the kind of hit our credit rating and report would take from the different options available to us. I would definitely recommend him.

After speaking with him on the phone in details about my case, he agreed my lawyer committed malpractice, by review the court records of the judge. It was egregious. The whole time I thought my lawyer was working on my case she ignored every deadline and filing. She was the proximate cause of my case being dismissed, and I had proof it was willful. Knowing this, he told me to send him my medical records of the original case, because it would be a duel case. I did this promptly spending hours uploading and sending it. Then, I never hear from him. After a few weeks I emailed him with a brief question and it went unanswered. I knew at this point he too was playing. So I called his office to find out and instead of getting on the phone this time, his secretary said he is too busy to take my case. The whole time I waited and I could have been looking for representation elsewhere. It would have taken 2 seconds to send an email to say he could not take the case or a phone call. He has a sick side to him because he pulled the same thing he knew my former attorney did, and turned into failure to prosecute. He knew the details. Now this stranger has my medical records, even HIPPA laws are in place for privacy. I believe he may have even contacted the adverse party, the lawyer I am going to sue. What he did was not just rude but it was unethical. If I didn't place the call I would have waited weeks and wasted time since he had no intentions of telling me he was not going to take my case. There was no thank you for sending him all my medical records and no decency to let me know he was not going to represent me, in short is not above reproach and plays games, as he did to me, he may do to you. Also, he did not seem like he was very insightful, did not listen well, the devil is in the details and a good attorney will listen. I am now left feeling uneasy that he asked me for my records and they are in his hands. My original case was mold, I was diagnosed with reactive airway disease secondary to mold, along sinusitis. Secondary is medical language meaning "as a result of." He probably doesn't understand that. This is one attorney I would never call in the future for any legal matter.
