I've practiced law in eastern North Carolina for more than 25 years.  My practice focuses on helping eastern NC businesses and individuals with bankruptcy, business, and personal injury matters.I am an Adjunct Professor at the Campbell University School of Law, and Director of the Stubbs Bankruptcy Clinic. I have a particular focus on helping eastern North Carolina Farmers facing legal issues including bankruptcy, crop insurance claims, and vendor disputes.  I am a member of the American Agricultural Law Association.My commitment to serving eastern North Carolina extends far beyond my law practice. I am an active member of the Selma Smithfield Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Johnston Health Foundation, the philanthropic supporter of Johnston-UNC Healthcare.
