I hired this person to assist with my bankruptcy in April of 2020. After the initial consultation, I hired him and then sent the paperwork requested. Among the paperwork was a lawsuit filed by one of my creditors. Nothing was done with my case for seven months. I kept having to update my P&Ls and resend documentation. Many times the emails were returned because the files were too large. The email server he uses does not allow attachments over 8GB. I kept having to repeat the answers to the same questions over and over. I had to resend documentation that I had sent previously. The above mentioned lawsuit was filed. He did not return their message. My bank accounts were frozen for two months because he could not return a simple phone call. He kept telling me that I was "doing my business wrong". Still does. I offered to send him documentation and he refused. When my lawsuit was filed, he finally filed my case. It took all of ten days. I had a meeting with the Trustee and explained my situation. He told me she was confused regarding my business. She was not confused at all. I then sent the proof on how my business was set up. There are no problems. I have requested that everything be send to me in writing. He does not remember anything that is said by speaking to him anyway so I wanted everything in writing. He refused. There are still questions outstanding from the Trustee. I said I would be happy to answer them and to just send the questions to me. He refused. He said there were "too many". There are 8 questions. After the first two questions where I had to explain the exact same things many times before, I lost my temper. I then hung up and emailed the Trustee myself explaining the situation and requesting the questions. I explained that I would be happy to answer any questions with reference documents attached. This was after this attorney said they did not plan to assist me with anything. This was after I simply asked if he would just do his job. This is the worst experience with any attorney I have ever had. He even admitted that he "neglected my case". I would not recommend this attorney unless you have the patience to repeat yourself many times to answer the same questions and then be questioned about your answers many times afterwards.
