Per a recommendation from a friend we reached out to David to represent us in selling and buying our house, and so happy we did. David was very easy to work with, communicated with our realtor and bank clearly. We used a different lawyer with our original purchase years ago, and with we had known about David then. Our house did not score well in the radon test when we first bought, but we did not realize we could/should ask the seller to cover installing a system. Fast forward to selling the same house (with no system), our radon test was high and the buyers wanted us to cover the cost of a mitigation system. David mentioned that we could offer to split the cost instead of covering the full cost and they agreed, so in the end he saved us money on the sale. David represented us at the closing so we did not have to take additional time away to close on the sale. The house we bought was a foreclosure, so not a straightforward sale, but David worked with the bank that owned the house and managed to help make the process go smoothly. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a reliable closing attorney.
We had a very difficult closing in process. We had a small house on an extra-small seaside lot, with a poorly defined private street and encroachments. David was referred to us by our realtor as somebody who could help us get all of the problems resolved. And that he did. Beyond that, we formed a partnership with David. He suggested situations where we could make the calls and do some of the leg work, which helped keep the legal fees from growing too quickly. I feel he really tries to do what is best for the client first. Plus, David is a great guy, genuinely great to work with.
David Marsocci of Dolan Connly, P.C. has helped my family with the purchase of 3 properties in Boston. Every transaction has gone smoothly with his guidance and knowledge. I am also a real estate agent and have recommended him numerous times with reliable results. There is no one else that I would entrust with the legal responsibilities in the selling or purchasing of real estate.
I can't say enough about David Marsocci. Consistent, honest, reputable, very particular about details, communicative, etc. He deserves 10 stars! I've been in the Real Estate business for 13 years and David has been an integral solution for several of my clients and my needs! Absolutely top notch!
When it comes to Real Estate Law, I don't think you will find anybody more knowledgeable than David Marsocci. He has helped me out with so many Real Estate Transactions over the past 15 years. Buying and selling property, landlord tenant issues. And so many closings. He is the best!
I had the need for an attorney to help me through a land dispute. Never a good thing to need a lawyer but if you do I cannot say enough about the law firm of Dolan Connly. They stood out over the three firms I spoke to before selecting their Attorney David Marsocci. His knowledge of how land court works and what to expect were right on. Calls were always returned promptly and I was always kept well informed on our case. Very professional law firm.
We have used David Marsocci for multiple real estate transactions and he has always been professional, responsive, and helpful. In our most recent transaction (a house purchase) a major issue came up one week prior to closing and David went above and beyond to solve it so that we could close on time.
