I have had the opportunity to practice in many different areas. I have worked with everything from small businesses just getting started to personal injury litigation. Over the last several years I have concentrated on estate planning (wills and trusts) probate and real estate matters. I am also often involved in trust and estate litigation on a regular basis. I have a particular interest in farming operations and enjoy working with farm families in planning succession while being fair to all of their children. I have also counseled many families who are dealing with an elderly parent who will need nursing home care in the future.I also perform mediation in an attempt to resolve disputes before they get out of control—both financially and emotionally. I primarily deal with family disputes, including custody and divorce, however I have done personal injury mediation as well.
