Dave’s interests in law are wills and estates, contracts, business and partnerships, real estate, financing and similar transactions.Decades of experience in business and management enable him to better assist his clients. Upon graduation from law school, Dave was in a general law practice for three years, and served as corporate counsel for a family c-store chain for three more years. Dave then undertook a business career, and sold his successful health care firm in 2003. Dave spent a decade as Mayor of Sheridan, operating full time both as chief executive and in the capacity of an administator. After moving to the Senate, Dave resumed the active practice of law. This background gives Dave a unique perspective on the needs of the clients he serves.
