2010 marks our 13th year of representing victims of Nursing Home abuse and neglect. Thirteen years ago lawyers in the Commonwealth normally would not take such cases because they believed these cases were not worth pursuing. There was a need to protect the elderly living in nursing homes and assisted living facilities and nobody was doing it.
