I spent over twenty years working in the insurance industry investigating, evaluating and negotiating settlements for personal injury claims before becoming an attorney.  My insurance experience includes handling of claims both pre and post litigation.  Therefore, I am familiar with tactics and procedures used by insurance companies and I know how to acheive the best outcomes for my clients.  I strive to set myself apart from the negative perception many people have regarding personal injury attorneys.  It is my commitment to my clients to communicate openly and honestly without making exagerated promises regarding the outcome.  However, I will use my education and experience to be a zealous advocate for my clients.
