About

I was born and reared in Los Angeles, Calffornia and have practiced law since 1975-- first in California and then in Arizona for 35 years.  Since 2015, I have practiced law in both California and Arizona.  I began my legal career as a Law Clerk and Field Attorney with Region 21 of the National Labor Relations Board in Los Angeles. As a lawyer, I exclusively practice labor and employment law, representing small to mid-size businesses (40%) and individuals and employee associations (60%).  Over the years, my work has successfully contributed to the development of labor and employment law through precedent-setting court cases. I have also served as a court and privately appointed arbitrator.

This lawyer concealed my summary judgment and divested the commission of its jurisdiction to resolve my charge informally. He also concealed my right to a copy of my investigative file, and my right to appeal, then he had me serve the wrong law firm. His actions benefited my employer
