Successfully completed a restructure of the entire capital structure of the Company reducing overall debt by 60% or $700 million and acquired, formed or divested companies in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Mexico, India and Mauritius.  Successfully sold the company to a competitor through a Chapter 11 Section 363 transaction in January 2013.
