Mine is wide-raging general corporate practice, particularly focusing on entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small to mid-sized businesses. On the transactional side, this includes business organization and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and contracts. I also handle civil litigation, including contract disputes, tort actions, collections, and title claims. I have tried cases before juries in both state and federal courts.
