I fired the very BAD public defender who said to judge he believed "victim". NEVER trust public defender's. The state makes profit when you're jailed. Major conflict of interest thus the public defender's don't do anything. Dusek beat my prosecutor before in big case. Better have money if you're framed because our self centered country politics.
I approached this firm concerning a probation violation involving restitution. During a sixty day period I was under the consul of mr dusik. Then referred to an associate and then passed back to mr dusik. I had to initiate all calls to this firm concerning my status. Mr dusik did not report what was discussed between him and the prosecution. (Billed 2.0 hours for this) . His firm billed 3.0 to draft a cover letter to me and to fill out and file basic court forms. I was taken into custody and it took two weeks of calls (every other day) to get me dusik attention. At that point his response was to state that he was on vacation and would not do anything until his return . At that point I ended my relationship with me dusik's firm. It then took over two months to get a refund of an unused retainer .
