I am very surprised to the Amicus brief that Mr DeBruin and his Circuit Court appointed team put together. His brief supported my argument that the district court in DC rejected. His facts and understanding of the facts was the same facts and conclusion that I placed before the district court in DC but also in front of the Circuit Court in DC. Mr DeBruin and is Appointed Team has shown that there are some honest lawyer who maybe willing to support a non- lawyer if the Right arguments by that person showing valid merit in there own defense and when the Fed. PD office refuses to back a proper and valid defense which allow his client to be falsely charged.
