About
Hello:My name is David Danieli and I have been practicing family law in the Fredericksburg area for 9 years. Upon graduating from the Catholic University School of Law in 2004, I accepted a job with Getty & Associates, in Locust Grove. Here I worked as an associate focusing on real estate and family law. Recently, in January of 2014, I accepted a position with Rinehart, Butler, Hodge, Moss & Bryant. With my new firm, I am solely focused on family law and divorce law. I grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia and graduated from Mary Washington College in 1998. I am currently a board member with Rappahannock Legal Services and a trustee of my church. It is my hope to help you navigate the difficult world of custody, visitation, divorce, child and spousal support. Thank you, David Danieli.

Although saying that Mr Danieli is an excellent attorney is true, it’s not enough. He truly gave me the impression that his approach is an holistic one, in that his primary concern was for that of my children and the best course of action on their behalf and with that of my legal position as their father and divorcée. Ultimately, as determined in the best interest of the children, Mr Danieli arranged my full custody of them, in addition to processing an outstanding divorce settlement in very little time and seemingly no effort on my part. Of note, I never felt “nickeled and dimed” to pad the fees for services, communications, etc and actually believe I could’ve been charged significantly more and honestly, in retrospect, it would’ve been worth it. Also, Mr Danieli has become my primary, initial consult regarding all legal matters even outside family matters which has proven equally as positive for me.
David helped me with moving custody papers from out of state to VA and readjustment of visitation. Excellent service , always available to help with any questions. Awesome lawyer
Mr.Danieli assisted with a custody case with my Special Needs daughter. He was professional and made himself readily available to answer many questions.
Didn't process Discovery when received, missed dates, weak in hearings, cared more about his pocket and standing with other attorneys and judges than his client. Cost me a case in which the preponderance of evidence was in his hands.
Mr. Danieli was a terrible attorney relative my case. He showed little concern, no drive, and no motivation. His one concern was money. Court performance was awful. He used cell phone during court. Judge told him to stop it. In court, he appeared incompetent and uncaring. I do not recommend him at all!
One of my biggest mistakes was hiring Mr. Danieli to represent me. Personally I would look elsewhere while looking for an attorney.
