Dave handled my divorce. Being in a high net worth situation, there were some unusual situations to handle. He handled every issue in a professional manner and did it for a very reasonable fee. I would recommend him and will use his services again.
He will drop you in a second and does not represent you appropriately or in good faith. I have personally witnessed the entire proceeding with a person any normal attorney (Basic not even good - would definitely do for a single mom and a husband who doesn’t want to support the child. Beyond incompetent and will drain off a retainer and give bad advice not follow through and essentially cause nothing but damage.)
David was negligent in my military divorce case. He failed to progress the matter, after over a year of him and his firm, no progress was made. He sent things to the other party without notifying or consulting me yet was unresponsive for months to my calls and emails.
