She was able to answer any questions I had and was very friendly. Mr. Cook showed up in court twice and met with me many times in his office. It's hard to get him on the phone, but you can always get an appointment to meet with him in his office. It is easier to email him than to call him. His schedule is very tight. Gretchen was always there to answer my questions though. His rate was reasonable. I found this page because I was looking for his number to use him again on a different matter.

He worked with me on payments. He told me upfront that I would have to pay the guardian a fee and he said he thought it would be $500. It ended up being more, but it was because the guardian changed her fee. Overall I felt like he and the office staff listened to me and helped fight for me. I would use him again.

Emails ignored, very rude and hateful phone calls. Demeaning conversations. I retained David Cook 3 years ago, I finally read some reviews and even spoke to some of his colleagues and fired him shortly afterward. I’ve never been in trouble and didn’t know the process from the start. Not once did I feel like Dave was representing me or had my best interest or had my back. His staff change constantly (which I can’t blame them). I could go into more detail, but I will save you the time. Like I said, **WARNING** do not waste your time nor your money. I’m not sure about you, but I work too hard for the money that I earn. When I go into an office, pay a large fee I feel like being treated as a client is not too much to ask.
