I was charged with a DUI. I was never charged with anything before in my life. I was overcome with fear, anxiety and had no idea how to proceed. I was lost and had my drivers license and professional license at stake. I was put in touch with the law firm of Edwards & Kautz. Upon my phone call, they expedited an immediate (free) consultation. I walked through the door for the first time and met with 2 attorneys. They were excellent at helping me through the initial consultation. I then met Dave, who was my lead attorney. I could not have had a better attorney! He obviously had superb knowledge and skill of the law. I found a more rare quality with Dave. He also had a more comprehensive work ethic. It was not just 'business'. He is compassionate, patient, understands you as an individual, takes as much time as you need, provides you with resources and really is cognizant of you as a whole person, rather than just a number on a docket. So, is a DUI a slam dunk? NO! Because of Dave, my DUI charge was dropped. I am so grateful he fought so hard. He knew not only my drivers license was at stake, but losing my professional license could have ended my career. Dave is DEFINITELY a fierce advocate. You can certainly benefit from having Dave and his team on your side. I will always use him if need be, as well as highly recommend him to any family member, friend or co-worker. Thank You So Much.
I speak for my family when I say David Bundrick did an outstanding job with my husbands case. He insured me we were in great hands and he would fight for us and that's exactly what he did. Our family is greatly appreciative of his outstanding sevice and help both professionally and personally. He is truly a life saver and will always remain a friend as well. And a huge thank you to Will Kautz. He was our initial point of contact and with his help and dedication we were grateful to have Dave as our main defense. His paralegal Tara Welch was a huge personal help to our family and helped to comfort during the entire process. Dave brought home the best results we could have ever imagined. He has my highest recommendations.
