He is the worst attorney I have ever hired. It’s been over a year now and he has managed avoid proceeding with my case and has a great talent in providing a lot of excuses on why he hasn’t done his job. I am no further in the process then when I first had my consult with him. I don’t wish this upon anyone, whatever you do, don’t hire this guy!

My best interest was absolutely not considered by this attorney. I needed someone to make a simple parenting plan revision. I was told if my ex and I agreed it would a simple, inexpensive process and I just needed to call in $1000. A few emails were exchanged and a misinformed letter riddled with typos was sent to my ex, (my ex hadn't even responded) and I was already out $700 with nothing to show for it. I was also charged for an email responding to my ex that was obviously sent to the wrong email address because he never received them, which I learned today. I saved for months to be able to have someone handle this revision, which was very simple and I am incredibly frustrated and actually stunned by the lack of regard I received. I actually never even spoke with this attorney on the phone for fear of the bill that would follow. This attorney was not frugal in any way with my money, was not timely, lacked communication with his paralegal (as many of my emails were reiterations to questions I had already emailed to David). He did give me a small credit for one of the emails he charged me for after I complained, but it was minimal. After receiving his bill I let David know I would no longer be needing his 'services'. So here I sit, out $700 and in the same place as when I started - just very unhappy and back to counting every penny to save up so I can hire someone else to draft up a simple, agreed upon between both parties, parenting plan revision. Please do your research regardless of how 'enthusiastic' they may seem. If it wouldn't have come down to this I would have consider using him for my upcoming real estate transaction. Oh well...
