The plea bargain Borsari negotiated was just as punitive as if I LOST my case. Mr. Borsari failed to protect me....he just wanted my money AND he also had me give him $1500 more for unsubstantiated costs. Prior to court, he had me read and initial ALL the stipulations proposed against me. I thought he was going to argue against imposing any of these on my behalf. (This included lifetime 290 Registration for a misdemeanor). The judge just read the stipulations as she sentenced me. I was shocked and devastated!
