We came from California and had to update our trust. They asked us what should be on it and we told them what it should have. We are so glad they went over it and it was totally wrong. They corrected it and updated it for us. We are very thankful. Also my friend loss her husband and I went with her to find out what she had to do and they advised her that she had to do very little because her trust had it all done for her. That made me feel very comfortable to know we have it all covered. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

I had heard about David's law firm through other sources and I asked him to review a trust I had made by another company some time ago. David pointed out that it was missing many key components and would not have served much purpose. He corrected it and I'm very happy with his expertise. I would come to him for any future legal needs without hesitation.

If you’re considering an Estate Planning firm, Vicki and I highly recommend the David Bindrup Law Firm. David reviewed our previous trust and showed us all the errors that would have hurt us during probate!!! David put together a tight trust taking away our worries in the event one of us past away. Call them for a review and I know you will be happy you did.

Now that the many details and arrangements have been finalized, I sincerely want to express my sincerest gratitude to David and his law firm for the excellent advice and assistance which was provided us. This traumatic experience which came our way upon the death of our loved one left us in complete despair. Without David's help, we did not know where to turn. Thank goodness we found David Bindrup! We are so thankful for not only David's help but also for David's compassion at such a difficult time. Please be assured our family will never forget and forever be thankful to David and his firm. We pray David will experience success and all the best for him and his family. P.S. My 87 year old mother only wishes she could fly out to Vegas and give David a "big bear hug!" May God bless David and his family.

We found Atty. David Bindrup through an advertisement and because he had a local office in Pahrump. We needed to update our wills and form a Trust. We met with Katie Bindrup for a consultation to explain what we wanted and what their company could provide, and after the consultation my wife and I decided to proceed with new wills and to form a family Trust. Our dealings with the Bindrup Law firm have been very good. Any questions were answered in a timely manner and in a manner a layman would understand. This took place in April of 2018 and my wife passed away in August of 2018. Our timing couldn't have been better and the service we received from the Bindrup Law firm couldn't have been any better.

David and Katie met with me because of a lawsuit over my trust. They pointed out corrections needed in the existing trust and made recommendations for the new trust. They were very thoughtful and explained everything completely. They also successfully represented me in the law suit which was dismissed. I would hightly recommend them.

We met David, & his wife Katie in 2015, when Katie came to our small town of Pahrump, and set up a meeting to have David do a Trust, and LLC for us. We are very happy with what has occurred since then. Not only did they set up our entities, but have consistently connected back with us, when we have questions, with clear and concise information, guiding our decisions. They are top rate, in our books.

We have used David Bindrup since 2012 he came highly recommended by my insurance agent. We were advised we needed a trust to protect our assets. David drafted a will and a trust with ease and helped protect our son in upon our death. I also recommended him to my mother to have her will and trust drafted. He even protected her grandchildren within her trust. My husband and I needed to make changes to our will/trust early this year and we met with Attorney Katie Bindrup. We told her about a probate issue my son was having regarding a purchase of a home. She with out hesitation took it upon herself to call the courts to find out the status of the probate. We are unaware how probate works. So she advised us right away how the courts work. As soon as she found out that my son had been waiting since January 3, 2017 to close on this home due to probate and that probate had not been filed yet. She then called and emailed the sellers attorney for us without asking for compensation and she also kept me informed via email and calls with advise what to do and how to help us. Her knowledge of probate kept me in the loop of what to expect and what the other parties attorneys steps that need to be taken. She truly cares about families and understood what us as parents will do to help our children. We are still waiting for our son to close on this home. But, without Katie Bindrup taking her time with us and going over and beyond what was required of her. We would still be waiting for the probate to be filed. She is a blessing and I highly recommend David and Katie Bindrup for all your estate, will/trust, probate and tax needs. They truly care and have the upmost professionalism and passion for their field and families they help.

We meet with David Bindrup in July 2017 at his Summerlin office to discuss a new family trust. He appeared very knowledgeable about the various trusts and how to design a trust to suit our needs. we told him needed to have our trust completed by the first week in September as we were taking an extended trip overseas. Mr. Bindrup assured us that would not be a problem but we would have to go to his Henderson office (a 50 mile round trip for us) and any necessary changes to the trust could be made at the time of signing. Our appointment to sign was mid afternoon on the day prior to our trip departure, and we then had an appointment at the bank to transfer money into the name of the trust. Mr Bindrup wife, Katie Bindrup, was the attorney who was to go over our trust document. As we started through the trust document we noticed they had made the final successor trustee Mr. Bindrup and not the trust company we had asked for. Mrs Bindrup said she remembered seeing our email regarding that and she would change it. She left and after waiting an extended amount time she returned and said the email had been lost and could we give her the trust company's name. We wrote it down on a piece of paper and she took it back to change the documents. Again we waited an extended amount of time and we were becoming concerned we would miss our appointment at the bank. After Mrs Bindrup made that change we found There were several other errors and we had to wait while she changed them. The entire Bindrup law office operation made us feel as though we were dealing with a bunch of Keystone Kops! Mrs Bindrup kept telling us that usually changes (errors) are not made immediately but rather we would have been expected to return in a few weeks. However, this is not what Mr. Bindrup told us. Finally Mrs Bindrup gave us some documentation that she said we would need to set up the bank account and that our original trust documents would be ready for pick up when we returned home from our trip in 3 weeks. When went to receptionist to pay the final payment we handed her $1600 cash, and she spent five minutes looking for the receipt book. She finally came back and said the last receipt in the booklet had been used and then she just stood there and looked at me. I told her I wasn't going to give her cash without getting a receipt and she would need to write one out. She then handed me a sheet of paper (not on letterhead) she had written "received from ---------- $1600 for trust). I told her she needed to put a date and David Bindrup name on it and then she needed to sign it. Yes, this is a person working in a law office who was totally clueless about how to write a simple receipt!! When we got to Bank of America they refused to accept the documents Mrs Bindrup had given us. We then noticed that Mrs Bindrup had typed in the name of the Trust Company incorrectly (This is after she lost our email and then had us write the name down for her when we were in the office. I called Mr Bindrup's office immediately and Mrs Bindrup was gone even though it wasn't even 5pm. I asked to have her to call me as we needed to have it corrected before leaving town in the morning. She finally called me at around 9 pm that evening (she said she had to get her kids down for the night). She said she would correct the errors and email the corrected documents to us and we could sign/initial and mail them back to her and she would notarize them without us present. When we returned from our trip we called Mr Bindrup's office to pick up our trust. We were told it wasn't ready. 6 weeks after signing I demanded our trust. Mr Bindrup meet with us and he told me I was a difficult client and he turned to my husband and said, "I guarantee you will back in a year because you will be divorcing her." At this point my husband (married 18 years)I grabbed our trust documents and said another attorney will correct the additional errors we had found!
