David Arnold was my lawyer in my child custody case. He listened to what I wanted to happen. Fought to the best of his ability to come out with a fair out outcome. I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Lawyer working with second party in another state was unsure why David's work on paperwork for property deeds and corporation shares was taking over a year to complete. As clients, we we patient, but feel that our time continues to be wasted when all parties have not contested to transfer of shares or property deeds. Furthermore, client's time and efforts were wasted during meetings by David not being bring prepared and/or sending documents prior to conference calls and meetings for signatures. He does not make an effort to pronounce a client's name correctly after asking and being corrected, which in most conference rooms should be a minimum courtesy. Attorneys ofice is challenged and not technical enough to manage practical communication in today's world of business. Spends what is supposed to be a final signature meeting making excuses and apologising for not being prepared. Again, all parties sit and wait for David to get his documents written up. This lack of preparedness doesn't make you feel important. Maybe we are too small of a client coming in under five million. Three stars are in hopes that the work and documents will actually be completed and accurate by next year.
