David W. Anderson received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2004 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2007. He received a Master’s of Chinese Law from Peking University in 2009. Before law school, David worked as a licensed securities broker for Credit Suisse First Boston Direct. After graduating from law school, he worked as a Finance Associate at the international law firm Lovells in their Beijing office. There he drafted securities and loan contracts for financial institution clients. David founded his own law firm in 2009 and practices in the areas of immigration (with an emphasis on EB-5), international business transactions, and tax matters. David is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and the U.S. Federal District Court of Colorado. He represents immigration clients at the embassy, agency, and immigration court levels. David speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
