Datev ‘Dave’ Shenian has joined ADLI Law Group as Senior Counsel. Mr. Shenian’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on real estate, commercial, contracts, creditor’s rights, intellectual property, employment, business fraud and unfair business practices.In over 22 years, Mr. Shenian has developed extensive experience, first at a Beverly Hills boutique firm where he quickly assumed a supervisory role, mentoring associates. He then served a broad array of institutional clients at a prestigious firm with a 100-year plus history.Prior to joining ADLI Law Group, Mr. Shenian served as President and principal attorney at Shenian Law Firm, a firm he established in April 2006. His firm represented a broad range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to small and middle-sized companies, entrepreneurs and individuals. His experience includes pre-trial litigation, trials and appeals in state and federal courts, judicial and private arbitration, mediation and administrative proceedings in matters ranging in size upwards of multi-million dollar disputes. Worked with him on a number of matters I referred. The two very recent cases that he litigated for clients turned out better than expected. He impressed the clients so much that clients sent me gifts for having recommended him. The reason I believe he is the consummate professional is that he doesn't lose sight of what is best for the client even when he is fiercely advocating their position. He has an uncanny ability to correctly evaluate and weigh the risks and rewards of each unique situation. I refer clients to him knowing that he is experienced, knowledgeable and a fierce advocate and that he will find a way to do the best for the client, no matter how his billable hours are affected.
Mr. Shenian does not return client calls but he's "par excellance" at sending out bills! He is very well versed telling me everything I CANNOT DO, but gives me no answers about what legal remedies are available to me. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone looking for results.
