Tim George provides full service legal advice for a diverse group of Kentucky businesses. Before joining Weber Rose, Tim George represented employees in a variety of employment law litigation matters.  His passion for employment law and his experience as a plaintiff's attorney, allows him to offer a valuable perspective to his business clients who he represents in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including defending and working to prevent allegations of wrongful termination, retaliation, and claims of hostile work environment.  Tim is also an asset to businesses navigating allegations brought through the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.Tim's litigation experience also includes the representation of healthcare facilities on pre-litigation and litigation matters, as well as local and national insurance companies in premises liability, automobile and trucking collision cases.
