Reviews
I consulted attorney Cross to help review my immigration status and next steps. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what I expected to provide me with the necessary information I need.
I had consulted with another attorney in Cambridge prior to consulting Darren, but that attorney’s fee was so high that I could not afford to hire her. Ironic that it costs so much money to file for bankruptcy but there you go. Darren’s fee was much more reasonable and I felt comfortable working with him. I am pleased that I did. Darren made the bankruptcy process very smooth, he explained every step of the process so that I understood what would happen and why I need to gather so much information. He was very thorough to the point of over-preparing me for the 341 meeting with the trustee, but when I saw other debtors who appeared before the trustee and who were not prepared and had to postpone their discharge, I was relieved to have all the answers that the trustee asked of me. Bankruptcy is a humbling process (at least it should be), but for those times in life when outside forces wreak havoc, it is an appropriate option to start over with a clear slate. Thank you Darren.
